Your order will be sent via Royal Mail and should normally arrive within 3-5 working days. The shipping and handling charge is £3.99 for the UK standard delivery.

Returns Policy
We really hope that you will be pleased with your order, however, we understand that sometimes you might want to send something back. All items can be returned within 28 days of placing the order. Goods must be returned as new in an un-worn and saleable condition with their labels and packaging, upon receiving the goods we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange.

Please also include either your original invoice or a note with your name, what you would like in exchange, where you would like it sent and a daytime telephone number.
How to Return or Exchange
We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery or with a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to EcoOutfitters at your own expense, however, we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Faulty, Missing or Wrong Items
If something that you have bought from us is faulty, missing from your order or we sent you the wrong item, then we are very sorry, and we will be happy to offer you a replacement and refund for your reasonable postage costs of returning it to us. Please e-mail us at info@ecooutfitters.co.uk to arrange your replacement or refund within 28 days of purchase.
Shrinkage
Organic cotton is not treated with chemicals to prevent shrinkage so after washing they will shrink by up to 5%. Our garments are cut more generously to allow for this shrinkage. Once washed and dried they will have shrunk to the marked size.
Caring For Your Garment
Always wash garments before use. Our garments made from tough organic cotton, it gets softer with every wash.
Washing Your Garments
Garments can be machined washed, please care for environment, wash at 30C. Ensure zips are closed before washing. For best results, wash garments inside out with like colours. Wash with ecological or non-biological washing liquids or powders.
Drying And Ironing
Line dry your garments for best results and ensure garments are turned inside out when line drying as bright sunlight can fade dark colours. For best results when ironing, iron whilst garment is slightly damp. Placing a cloth over your garment whilst ironing helps reduce sheen.
